Sunday, 20 January 2008 In an emergency, call 911 or 422-2222 Our EMTs respond to 911 medical emergencies on BYU campus. In 2007, we responded to almost 400 calls for assistance. Each EMT is certified by the Utah Bureau of EMS to provide emergency medical care. We respond to relatively minor calls, such as sports injuries, as well as serious calls, such as heart attacks, chest pain, breathing difficulties, and serious traumas.
We are an all volunteer EMS agency. If you would like to participate as a volunteer you must be a Utah EMT-B and currently attending BYU as a full-time student. If you would like more information, please contact us.
